Our testing schedule is fully booked for the week of 3 – 7 May 2021
We thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that while we always try to maintain access to our testing services and fast turnaround times, closing off our services in this instance has been completely unavoidable due to the volume of samples we have received for testing during this period. Be assured that we are doing everything in our power to minimise the disruption to our services and we look forward to returning to our normal schedule from 10 May.
What this means for you:
- Test runs remaining this week (until Friday 30 April) – Sap, QuickSoil, Water and Fruit testing will be completed on Thursday and Friday this week with results released before the weekend.
- There are no more available Soil testing runs until Tuesday 11 May – samples must be received by 4 pm on Tuesday 11 May for inclusion in this testing run. Any samples Soil submitted during the week of 3 – 7 May will be held for testing in this run.
- Dry tissue, Chemical residue and Microbial samples can continue to be lodged throughout this week with only minor delays expected in processing.
Our office will remain open and we will still be answering inquiries face-to-face, online and via the telephone. However, we will be short of staff in the front office so we ask you to please be patient while we do our best to serve you.
